Mrs. Mozdzen earned her law degree in 2010 from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she was a member of the competitive National Trial Team and the Magister for The University of Arizona’s chapter of Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Ethics Fraternity.
Mrs. Mozdzen has an extensive history in administrative law, litigation, and trial work. After law school,she worked alongside general counsel for Arizona’s largest state law enforcement union, advocating for officers in police departments, sheriff’s offices, and probation departments in association with administrative appeal due process and associated rights, as well as actions against officer’s certifications. Mrs. Mozdzen also practiced in private criminal practice, representing clients facing misdemeanor or felony charges.
At Ingle Law Firm, Mrs. Mozdzen practices in the areas of internet/cyber law, intellectual property, trade secrets and other tort claims. Mrs. Mozdzen is admitted to practice in the Arizona Supreme Court, all lower state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
Mrs. Mozdzen volunteers for and sits on the Board of Directors for Racing Home Greyhound Adoption, a non-profit organization dedicated to placing Greyhounds with loving families.
